- For existing processes, there is a change impact assessment based on the as-is process flow
- Swimlane process flow diagram created where required for new or modified processes
- L3 process ownership assigned
- Process Library structure defined
KPI’s
- Critical success factors / high-level KPI types identified
- High-level KPI types identified and linked to the overall process
- Many KPIs will be driven and defined by the new technology stack
Technology
- Technology capabilities identified to underpin the process design
- Functionality required is defined and identified
- Systems and applications documented against process activities

- List of partners and impacts
